I saw this and was inspired for a new role playing character I was making for Palladium's Heroes. Her name is Jasmine and she was an experiment known as Subject 8.

I am still working out a few things and I may add a background, but I was very happy with how everything turned out so far.

Edit: fixed a few things, tried adding a background but messed up my layers somehow. All the eraser stuff I did makes the background messed up. No clue how to fix it.
